Jonathan Lewy is a fellow of the Richard Koebner Center for German History, a PhD candidate at the History Department as well as a member of the Honors Program at the Hebrew University. He attended the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich, and the University of Wisconsin – Madison, as a George L. Mosse fellow. He expects to complete his dissertation in December 2009 on “The Drug Policy of the United States and Germany from the Opium War to the Second World War.”
